The Foreign Trade and Investment Institute of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX) is promoting group attendance by food companies to the “Promotion of Products in Electronic US Markets + Logistics Platform 2022” being organised in the United States from 1 September to 30 November.
The US market has seen a consolidation and strengthening of the online consumption trends set during the pandemic. Digital actions and campaigns are therefore considered necessary under this accompaniment programme that is individually tailored to companies wishing to start or improve their internationalisation process in the North American market by introducing their products to e-commerce via the e-shop of the www.marianafoods.us importer and the marketplace www.amazon.com marketplace.
This action is aimed at companies from Castilla-La Mancha in the agri-food sector seeking to boost their internationalisation process by adding their products to the Amazon USA marketplace, as well as the e-shop of a Spanish produce retailer such as Mariana Foods.
There will be a maximum of nine participants. Subsequently, each participating company will receive financial aid to cover 50% of its justified expenses by way of a share of ownership up to a maximum of 975 euros.
The deadline for submitting applications closes on 26 May 2022.
