BioPastis
BioPastis is a 100% family-owned frozen pastry company that was set up more than 28 years ago.
BioPastis was created to cover and ADDRESS certain NEEDS in the pastry-making world that were being requested at that time by customers.
BioPastis was set up due to the need of air travel catering companies to have outsourced frozen pastries, capable of being prepared quickly, with daily service, offering quality comparable to a freshly made product and being part of a structure through which the products could be improved.
With them, the first “fifth range” of pastry-making in this sector was developed, with customers finding in our company a SOLUTION to the problems they were having in the manufacture of their pastries.
As a result of this need, BioPastis created a new concept in pastries which it termed “Dessert For One”.

En la actualidad Elaborados Puerta de Valencia distribuye su hamburguesas de pescado Merluguesa en más de 1.500 puntos de venta en España.
En 2018/2019 hemos construido una nueva planta con mas de 600m3 destinados al almacenamiento congelado, usando co2 como gas refrigerante, dismuyendo el impacto ambiental y consiguiendo mayor eficiencia energética que con los gases tradicionales y diseñada para cumplir con los requisitos más exigentes de Food Defense.
