Vega Mancha is the international trade mark for the dairy products made by Quesos Vegasotuelamos sl. This traditional cheese farm is located in a small shepherds´ village not very far from Albacete, Region of La Mancha.

Our Manchego cheese is made of 100% local sheep milk in both varieties raw & pasteurized. Our Star Products are our specialities, which are unique and exclusive, due to its original flavour and bouquet, which no other has ever been able to get: SHEEP CHEESE CURED WITH WHITE OR BLACK TRUFFLE, BLACK GARLIC, BLACK OLIVES, JALAPEÑO, MOJO PICÓN, BOLETUS, ROSEMARY LEAVES ETC. Our Cheese is being exported all over the world in more than 50 countries. We distribute also different goat milk cheese types such as fresh and ripened goat logs, natural and with different flavours such us truffle, fine herbs, green pepper, specialities such as Murcia curado, La Cabra Feliz, La Ermita de San Lorenzo, Tronchón, Ibores, Servilleta, Valdeón, Cabrales, etc…, cow milk cheese types such as Mahón, San Simon, Tetilla etc…,and others sheep milk cheese types such as Roncal, Idiazabal, Zamorano, Torta del Casar, etc…Once more, we have been awarded with the International Cheese Awards 2021 and World Cheese Awards 2021 for our amazing Manchego cheese is different aging types and our unique worldwide specialities.
