We work with many different garlic varieties. At Terrallana Natural we grow purple, white, violet spring and white spring garlic.
The sizes we offer in these varieties of garlic are 37/45 mm, 45/50 mm, 50/55 mm, 55/60 mm and 60+ mm.
We have a wide range to offer when it comes to packaging the product:-

It should be noted that we work with high quality black garlic with excellent texture and flavour.
At first glance it may look like ordinary garlic but it is inside where the differences become noticeable. It is characterised by its jet black colour and its soft creamy texture. This makes it perfect for rubbing and cooking. In addition, its aroma is not as strong as that of white garlic. Its characteristic black colour results from the transformation of its amino acids and sugars under the high temperatures during fermentation.
