Elaborados Puerta de Valencia is a leading company in the production of fish burgers, with a wide range of hamburgers for both children and adult consumers. Founded in 1999, this family company combines the most modern technologies with artisan care. In Elaborados Puerta de Valencia we use only the best raw materials, which together with an exhaustive control throughout the whole production process guarantees the maximum quality of our products. Currently Elaborados Puerta de Valencia distributes its Merluguesa fish burgers in more than 1,500 points of sale in Spain. In 2018/2019 we have built a new plant with more than 600m3 for frozen storage, using co2 as refrigerant gas, reducing the environmental impact and achieving greater energy efficiency than with traditional gases and designed to meet the most demanding requirements of Food Defense.
