Grandma Sara was born in 1908 and our story begins with her. Rural Spain at that time used ingenuity to survive the long winters and the slaughter was a tradition that was celebrated every fall. From this custom, elaborations were born that allowed to preserve the products during the rest of the year. This is how our first recipes were born, the same ones that have been passed down from generation to generation. Today in El Conchel we are already the fourth generation and we remain faithful to the most authentic flavor, tradition and the essence of our origins.
