Bodegas Montalvo Wilmot is a small family owned agricultural company that produces high quality wines and cheeses in reduced volumes. Focused in the highest quality standards following norms like ISO 9001, our wines were declared Pago Wines in 2019

The boutique production of wines is of around 500.000 bottles of premium wines at the best and more competitive prices, with the grapes from our own property, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged between 3 and 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
Despite we follow 90% organic protocols for the maintenance of the vineyards and for the production of the wines, we have not applied for the Organic Certification.
*Vineyard area : 40 Has at Pago los Cerrillos being increased to 70 in full production very soon to serve all our growing demand.
