Goyval Vinagres is a company located in Madrigueras, in the southeast of Spain, in the Castilla-La Mancha area; the beautiful and generous land of Don Quixote. This family business, made up of a young, professional and creative team, has been dedicated since 1996 to high standard vinegar manufacturing. We were the first company in Spain specialized in organic and balsamic vinegars, and today we are located in the leading group of the most select and important vinegar makers in Spain. We obtain an annual production of more than 10 million liters of concentrated vinegar, which we distribute to specialized gourmet-type stores, bio supermarkets and also to supermarkets, both in Spain and abroad, where we are present in more than twenty countries. From the beginning, at Goyval Vinagres we bet on organic products, having the European Certificate to market these products in Europe. Goyval Vinagres has the Kosher Parve for Passover Certification, certified by the Rabbinate of Madrid. We also have the HALAL certificate, obtained through the Halal Institute of Cordoba. Since 2015 we hold IFS Food Version 6.1 certificate (high level).
