DESCRIPCIÓN:
Dehesa de Los Llanos is a family owned estate. Founded in the XVII century has been dedicated to agriculture and livestock since its establishment. Today we are the producers of aritsanal Manchego, wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey and walnuts.

PRODUCTOS:
Farmhouse cheese made in the estate using only the milk production from our flock wich also lives and is fed from crops grown in the farm. It’s rind is antural and has no additives, only: milk, reent, ferments and salt. Just as it always has been. We make 3 different maduration in different formats. World champion cheese in 2012.
