UNIALIMENT is a group made up of four companies: Antonio Sotos S.L. (saffron), Chocolates & Nuts S.L. (crunchy hazelnut filled chocolates), FRIDUL S.A. (filled chocolates) and Spanish Cheese S.L. (cheeses).

The companies in our group operate in various fields: Antonio Sotos S.L. which deals in saffron and other spices such as paprika; Chocolates & Nuts S.L. which produces a crunchy milk chocolate sphere filled with hazelnut cream; FRIDUL S.A., manufacturer of a wide range of filled chocolates (pralines); and Spanish Cheese S.L., a dairy company with Manchego PDO and infiltrated sheep’s cheese (truffle, black garlic, etc.) being its key products.
