We do our artisanal roasting in a baker’s oven, recovering lost recipes and traditions and using only natural ingredients of the highest quality. We mix tradition with innovation, achieving new textures, aromas and flavours, such as our Korean barbecue cashew nuts made mainly of Gochujang or our exquisite truffle marcona almonds, roasted by hand with a mixture of whole cane sugar, truffle Aestivum and truffle aroma.
