SAUSAGE WORKSHOP: all our sausages are made in this area: chorizos and chistorras, longanizas and butifarras, morcillas and combined sausages.
SAUSAGE AND SAVOURY MEAT: this is where marinated and spiced meat products are prepared.
PREPARED DISHES: this department prepares our entire range of prepared dishes, from the most traditional dishes to the most international dishes.
BROCHETTE AND SPICES WORKSHOP: In this workshop we prepare the brochettes and skewers with different varieties of sausages and vegetables. También se elabora parte de nuestro catálogo de productos especial barbacoas.
