The technical infrastructure integrates pneumatic presses, self-emptying tanks, refrigeration equipment, heat exchangers, centrifuges, state-of-the-art tangential filters, an automatic bottling line, thus tradition, technology, and technique are at the service of our passion for producing wines of excellent quality. Additionally, it has a laboratory equipped for both analytics and routine testing. Finally, it boasts a magnificent barrel room.
The grape varieties in production include Airén, Verdejo, Macabeo, Moscatel, and Sauvignon Blanc for white wines; Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon for red wines. It is worth noting that Bodegas Entremontes holds the necessary certification for the production and commercialization of organic and vegan wines.
