ECOLOGICAL VINEYARD
The vineyard is the main axis of Vega Tolosa, it consists of 200 ha. From our own vineyard, grown under the parameters of certified organic cultivation, framed in a privileged setting within La Manchuela. Located on a plateau 750 meters above sea level, between the valleys of the Júcar and Cabriel rivers; With a continental climate, 120 km, it is far from the Mediterranean Sea to the vineyards, so the humid and cool winds from the sea allow the summer night temperatures to drop, achieving a slow maturity of the grapes due to daytime temperature differences. / night.

The soil, under a clay surface, gravel and sand; there is the calcareous component, which is the basis of the quality of the wines.

The bobal vineyards planted more than 80 years ago, along with the old Maccabees; They have seen how new varieties were incorporated into the farm: chardonnay, sauvignon-blanc, viognier and small grain muscatel, as white varieties. Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Garnacha Tintorera, in red.
