Our winery is strategically located to the northeast of the D.O. Stain. This area with its own microclimate covers in a very special way the vineyards around the picturesque town of El Provencio, (Cuenca).

The extreme temperatures of this area, with very cold winters and very hot summers, allow the acidity and sugar to be leveled to achieve a final product of excellent quality. The cool summer nights from the months of August and September in turn contrast with the heat of the day during the ripening period of the fruit.
